2017 Run on Seoul, hosted by the global sports brand New Balance, was a large-scaled global running event involving about 10,000 people. Its unique ’10 + 1km race’ challenged the participants to run 1km more than the usual 10km marathon course. It extended its marathon objective to charity as well to donate sporting gears to the promising young athletes. Figure skaters Kim Yu-na and Choi Da-bin attended to commemorate the meaning of marathon, and the runners enjoyed music concert after running with the performances of Zion T, Bol4, and YB.
