Jeju Air held a surprise event for the passengers on board to celebrate its transporting over 40 million passengers since its beginning. The cabin crews played musical instruments in the airplane. The flash mob orchestra received a great applause by performing Spring (The Four Seasons, Vivaldi), and Brahms’ Hungarian Symphony No. 5. It was an impressive marketing activity that left customers positive brand images by presenting the unexpected pleasure, leading to the viral responses.
